Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm 

Will also be required to work approximately 10 Saturdays per year for special events. 

Overview: 

The World of Wellness is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly organized Wellness Center Manager to oversee all daily operations and long-term development of our comprehensive wellness facility. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about holistic health, team leadership, and business growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Oversee daily operations of all departments including:

Coordinate and supervise staff scheduling, performance, and training. 

Develop and execute strategies to grow and promote the wellness center. 

Plan, organize, and manage all center-wide events (approximately 10 Saturdays per year). 

Maintain high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction. 

Monitor center performance and implement improvements to maximize profitability. 

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines. 

Oversee and contribute to social media marketing and content creation across platforms including:

Qualifications: 

• Proven management experience, preferably in a wellness, healthcare, or retail environment. 

• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 

• Passion for natural health and wellness. 

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple departments simultaneously. 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 

• Experience managing social media platforms is a plus.
