Clinical Nutritionist

Career opportunity to join the team at the Innovative World of Wellness in Pittsburgh PA!   • Conduct one on 1 Wellness Consults and Create Customized Lifestyle Programs
    • Meet one on one with clients.
    • Conduct evaluation of clients’ needs.
    • Customize Lifestyle Program with a focus on solutions for food, water, movement, sleep, emotional wellness, and elimination.
  • Conduct Education Workshops and Wellness Events
    • Oversee all client workshops conducted four times per year.
    • Oversee all Wellness Weeks conducted five times per year.
    • Work the events to support existing clients and recruit new ones.
    • Provide Testing Demos at events.
  • Credentials (preferred but not required)
    • Personal Interest and Lives a Wellness Lifestyle
    • BS, MS or Certification in Health or Nutrition,
    • Personal Training, Wellness Coaching, RD, and Sales experience a plus
  • Testing-be able to conduct testing in office (training is provided by WOW)
    • Full Health History
    • Zyto, Oligoscan, InBody, Blood Work Analysis
    • Physical Exam with Face, Tongue, and Nail Evaluation
    • Kloud, Normatec Boots, Infrared Sauna, Vibration Plate Therapies
  • Create A Welcome Experience by Authentically Greeting All Guests
    • Determine Reason for Visit
    • Provide Additional Assistance / Interaction as Required Throughout Visit
  • Answer Emails, Texts, Phones – Manage Customer Calls Including but Not Limited to:
    • Orders/Events
    • Questions

Shipping / Receiving/Stocking/Sampling Support as Needed

Patient Coordinator Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Team Development
    • Coach and Train Patient Coordinators
    • Support our Healthcare Professionals-DC, MD and CCN
    • Assist Other Support Staff
  • Scheduling
    • Create Schedule for all Patient Coordinators, Healthcare Professionals and Staff
    • Maximize the schedule for HCP so they see patients 7 hours per day.
    • Create an outbound HOT List for PCs to use to fill in holes in schedule.
  • Communication
    • Conduct Weekly Friday meetings with agendas.
    • Focus on Communication, Patient Care, Product Training and Collaboration
    • Slack-Create a WOW room and use this for internal communication.
    • Assist with Marketing and Social Efforts for WOW
  • Business Model
    • Meet with Leadership and determine goals and metrics for WOW.
    • Update our fee schedule and assure we are paid for all office visits.
    • Utilize Quarterly Marketing Strategy from Nutritional Frontiers and developed for WOW
  • Create A Welcome Experience by Authentically Greeting All Guests
    • Determine Reason for Visit
    • Provide Additional Assistance / Interaction as Required Throughout Visit
  • Check In Patients / Clients
    • Pull Chart Ahead of Appointment
    • Sign Patient in For Appointment & Alert Doctor
    • Gather Email Addresses, Cell numbers for Marketing
  • Check Out Patients / Clients
    • Collect Payment for Appointment
    • Schedule Next Appointment
    • Confirm Contact Info & Preferred Appointment Notification (Email / Text / Call)
    • Thank Patient / Client for Choosing World of Wellness
  • Answer Phones – Handle All Customer Calls Including but Not Limited To:
    • Appointments
    • Orders

  • Store Front Clerk
    • Answer Product Questions
